I run a company that recruits Interim HR and People Change & Transformation Specialists.
We focus on career partnering and positive recruitment experiences for our clients and candidates.
We also help HR professionals become more confident, comfortable and capable with HR data, analytics and the creation of people insights - we partner closely with a specialist people analytics training company that deliver high-touch and highly personalised training.
I’ve worked in recruitment and HR consultancy for over 2 decades - with companies including Venn Group, Hudson, Monster Jobs, Penna and LHH.
I’m an immensely proud dad of 2 beautiful girls. A husband. A lover of the outdoors. A rugby fan and a distinctly average golfer. An active fundraiser for children's charities. A dog lover. Someone who gets emotional watching The Repair Shop and DIY SOS!
