Our founder, Kieran Mander (FCIPD), has over 25 years' experience leading People & Culture across aviation, fintech, retail, construction and energy. He's been a recruiter, a client and a candidate — he's seen the best and the worst.
After a career fixing things in HR, Kieran founded Rate A Recruiter to fix transparency in the recruitment industry — raising standards, building capability, celebrating excellence, and giving candidates the clarity they deserve.
