James is a well networked chap!

I worked with the team at Refind while looking for my next interim HR leadership role, and the experience was genuinely first class.

From the first call, they treated me like a person, not a product. They took time to understand my background, what I actually enjoy doing, and where I add value — rather than just matching me to a job title. The consultant knew their market inside out and gave honest insight into the business, the culture, and the dynamics of the leadership team. It was refreshing to have such a transparent conversation.

Communication was spot-on throughout. I never had to chase for updates — they kept me in the loop, even when there wasn’t much to report. That small thing builds huge trust.

They also gave thoughtful feedback after interviews (rare these days!) and genuinely wanted me to succeed — not just to place me.

In the end, I landed a great role that fits me perfectly, but even if I hadn’t, I’d still recommend Refind. They’re proof that recruitment done properly still exists: human, honest, and professional from start to finish.
